I am a deep purple lavender producing beautiful aromatic deep purple upright flower spikes adorned with showy purple "butterfly wings". I can be cut back at any time of year and a reasonable trim in autumn after my blooms have faded is beneficial. I have excellent disease resistance and am excellent choice for borders, garden edges, rockeries and in pots. I am a steady grower that is long lived. I attract bees and beneficial insects.
I make an excellent cut flower to be enjoyed indoors. My dried flowers retain their fragrance and a good choice for draw sachets.
